Zainab Alshenqiti Promoted to Executive Youth Council at Saudi Energy

Zainab Alshenqiti has been promoted to Executive Youth Council Captain at Saudi Energy, a recognition of her outstanding contributions to strategy execution, organizational transformation, and leadership development.

With a strong track record of working alongside senior executives, CEOs, ministers, and government stakeholders, Zainab has established herself as a dynamic professional in the fields of strategy, performance management, and transformation. In her current role within the Strategy & Chief of Staff Office, she plays a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership, driving strategic priorities, and ensuring alignment across key business functions.

As Executive Youth Council Captain, Zainab will lead and mentor council members while overseeing the execution of initiatives that support Saudi Energy’s strategic objectives. Her ability to foster collaboration, build stakeholder alignment, and deliver high-impact outcomes has made her a trusted contributor to organizational success.

Prior to joining Saudi Energy, she gained valuable experience at the General Authority for Competition, where she led performance management initiatives and enhanced KPI frameworks. Her professional journey also includes strategic and business development roles at Ascend Solutions, along with contributions to national-level initiatives under the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia during the COVID-19 response.

Currently pursuing her MBA at The University of Manchester, Zainab continues to strengthen her leadership capabilities while contributing to the advancement of strategic transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
