With more than a decade of experience across the hospitality industry, Shatha has built an impressive track record of leading high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth through impactful HR initiatives. Prior to joining Capella Hotels and Resorts, she served as Human Resources Director at Hilton, where she made history as one of the first female HR Directors within Hilton Saudi Arabia, contributing significantly to people strategy and workplace excellence.
