Saif Alsaif Appointed as Sr. Regulatory Affairs Practitioner at Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia
Saif Alsaif has embarked on a new chapter as a Sr. Regulatory Affairs Practitioner at the Ministry of Finance, Saudi Arabia. With extensive expertise in regulatory affairs, commercial law, and legal compliance, he is well positioned to contribute to the Kingdom’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
Before joining the Ministry of Finance, Saif served as a Case Analyst at the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP), Assistant Legal Advisor at the General Authority of State Real Estate, and Legal and Compliance Consultant at Mukatafa. His professional journey also includes experience as a Trainee Lawyer and a Legal Intern at the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA).
Saif holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from the University of Exeter and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from King Saud University, building a strong foundation for leadership in legal and regulatory affairs.
