With a strong background in local content governance and compliance, Meshaal has built extensive experience across leading organizations in Saudi Arabia. Prior to joining Hatch, he served as Assistant Manager, Local Content Report at Qiddiya, where he contributed to strengthening local content reporting frameworks and supporting strategic national development initiatives. Earlier, at Maaden, he played a key role in local content performance reporting, helping drive compliance, performance measurement, and value creation across the organization.

His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Reanda International, progressing from Auditor to Local Content Supervisor, where he developed expertise in auditing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
