Majed Binateeq has been appointed as Board Secretariat Officer at Saudi Tadawul Group, marking an important step forward in his professional journey within the Kingdom’s financial and capital markets sector.

A Finance graduate from King Saud University, Majed has built a solid foundation in financial analysis, valuation, corporate governance, and financial reporting. Prior to this appointment, he served within the Board & Committee Affairs function at Saudi Tadawul Group, where he contributed to governance processes and supported key board-related operations. He also gained valuable experience through his Core Assurance Internship at PwC Middle East, strengthening his understanding of auditing, compliance, and financial controls.

In his new role, Majed will support board governance activities, facilitate effective stakeholder coordination, and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of corporate governance and organizational excellence.
