Abdulrahman Alqadhibi Promoted to Assistant Director Procurement & Contract Management at Bank Albilad

Abdulrahman Alqadhibi has been promoted to Organizational Effectiveness | Organizational Development at Bank Albilad. In his new role, he will help drive organizational design, job analysis, and initiatives that strengthen business performance and organizational effectiveness.

Previously, he worked in HR Transformation, focusing on HRIS and Workforce Planning, gaining valuable experience in data driven HR and organizational development.

A graduate in Management Information Systems from Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, Abdulrahman also holds ECBA, CAPM, and the IBM Data Analyst Professional Certificate.
