Abdullah Balubaid has embarked on a new professional chapter as HR OD Officer at Panda Retail Company – Savola Group. With a strong focus on organizational development, workforce planning, and organizational design, he is contributing to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen organizational structures, and support data-driven decision-making.

Previously serving as an HR OD Trainee at Panda Retail Company, Balubaid has built practical expertise in position management, headcount analysis, job description development, and process improvement. His earlier experience in Planning and Business Support at Saudi Aramco further strengthened his understanding of strategic planning and business operations.

A graduate in Public Administration from King Abdulaziz University, he brings an analytical and improvement-oriented approach to organizational effectiveness.
