Abdullah Al-Qarni has embarked on a new chapter as Senior Director, Board Affairs, Corporate Governance & Legal at Riyadh Re. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in corporate governance, board affairs, risk, compliance, and audit, he is set to strengthen governance frameworks and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

Previously, Al-Qarni served as Director of Corporate Governance at Tawuniya, where he led governance transformation, board effectiveness, and subsidiary oversight initiatives. His earlier leadership roles at Aljazira Takaful Taawuni, Gulf International Bank, and Swicorp further reflect his extensive expertise in governance, audit, compliance, and organizational excellence.
