Talal Alzahrani Promoted to Manager Sanction Services at Riyad Bank

Talal Alzahrani, CCO, FCPS, GRCO has taken a significant step forward in his compliance career with his promotion to Manager Sanction Services at Riyad Bank.

With expertise in sanctions screening, AML/CTF, transaction monitoring, and financial crime compliance, he is set to strengthen compliance operations and risk governance.

Prior to joining Riyad Bank, Talal served as Sanctions Specialist – AML/CTF at The Saudi Investment Bank, where he developed strong expertise in sanctions compliance, regulatory requirements, and transaction monitoring. His earlier experience with Saudi Railway Company further strengthened his foundation in governance and compliance.
