LEORON Institute Appoints New CEO and CFO in Saudi Arabia

LEORON Institute has announced the appointment of two senior executives in Saudi Arabia, naming Mariana Ignatov as Chief Executive Officer, KSA and Certified Programs, and Mustafa Al Audib as Chief Financial Officer. The appointments reinforce the institute’s long-term commitment to supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and the Kingdom’s workforce development initiatives.

As one of the EMEA region’s leading corporate training and EdTech providers, LEORON delivers more than 2,000 instructor-led training programmes annually and trains over 50,000 professionals each year. The institute offers more than 400 internationally accredited programmes across 17 knowledge areas through partnerships with globally recognized organizations, including CIPD, ATD, PMI, ISACA, and IIA.

Mariana Ignatov brings over 12 years of experience with LEORON and has played a key role in expanding the institute’s presence across the GCC. Based in Saudi Arabia, she will oversee the company’s operations in the Kingdom while leading its certified programmes portfolio to help organizations strengthen workforce capabilities and professional development.

Mustafa Al Audib joins LEORON with more than 16 years of finance leadership experience across multinational companies including Beiersdorf, Danone, Johnson & Johnson, Unilever, and the Digital Cooperation Organisation. As CFO, he will lead the institute’s financial strategy, governance, and operational growth, supporting LEORON’s continued expansion in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
